The Hiring Process

Once we receive your application, these are the next steps:

1. We will review your application.

2. We will email you to inform you of the status of your application with us.

3. Upon completing the Candidate Profile Form, you will be invited for an initial interview.

4. After the interview, you will be emailed if you PASS or FAIL the interview.

5. We ask our Candidates to complete TEST TASKS and SKILL ASSESSMENTS on a strict deadline/submission date.

6. Once the candidate/applicant completes the TEST TASK at a given time, a second interview will be scheduled.

7. If the candidate/applicant passes the second interview, Virtual Elves will endorse you to clients that will match your skills and expertise.

We suggest completing the FREE Training we provide and other possible skill enhancement training to help boost your profile.

    • Have a strong internet connection with a minimum speed of 60 to 120mbps (wired is preferred)
