Bookkeeping and Accounting Admin – Virtual Assistant

Experience Required: 3+ years in bookkeeping or accounting support
Shift: Morning Shift

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage invoicing, payroll assistance, and financial reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts.
  • Support with end-of-month and tax documentation.

Tools: Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, Google Sheets, and others

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to financial detail and accounting accuracy.
  • Have a strong internet connection with a minimum speed of 60 to 120mbps (wired is preferred)
  • Good working laptop or desktop, headphones and a video camera
  • Availability to work based on the required schedule
  • A quiet workspace for you to work in
