How do I become a virtual assistant with no experience?

If you are an experienced Filipino professional with at least two years of work experience but do not have VA experience, we recommend that you attend a training to learn the basics of the VA role, tasks, and business tools. We have partnered with a training center, and you can be assured that you can use this knowledge to start your career with us.

What is the difference between a Freelancer and a Virtual Assistant?

Virtual assistants can often provide more reliable support regarding urgency and availability. A virtual assistant is expected to be available during certain hours for communication and task completion. In addition, they may have backup support in case of emergencies or unexpected absences. Freelancers, however, may have a different level of availability or reliability. As a result, they may offer more flexibility in scheduling and pricing. Freelancers may be less readily available and might not respond in as timely of a manner. Read more here for information.

Why is the Candidate Profile form too long?

The Candidate Profile Form is a one-stop-shop for all the questions and requirements we need from a candidate. This is to avoid the back-and-forth to ensure we have everything we need to create a Summary Profile for each candidate to be endorsed/submitted to the clients. The candidate should complete the form to secure his/her initial interview schedule with us. An incomplete candidate profile will not be processed, and the initial interview will be canceled should the information/requirements are not submitted before the scheduled initial interview.

How long will it take for me to have a client?

For a common position, this may not be too long, such as social media and the likes. However, other positions may vary depending on the type of roles our clients will be looking for. Positions such as social media, web management, or development are typically ad hoc positions, but other positions may be offered as part-time or full-time.
